Conflicts can cause us to become disconnected from our emotions and often get stuck in reactive patterns. Each of us comes from different directions to grow, and together we will begin by establishing a dialogue to help us become more present in our lives.  My therapeutic work aims to integrate the cultural and social aspects of oneself explicitly. I provide a responsive, genuine, strength-based, safe environment where you can freely explore questions that bring insights into your worldview. The focus is on accepting how we experience emotions rather than trying to change them.

I have experience working in institutional care settings and community-based programs in Turkey and Seattle, and am bilingual in English and Turkish.

​and online. I treat adult individuals and couples 18 years and older. ​
