I work primarily with individuals and couples 16 years and older. I use a psychodynamic and attachment-focused framework to help clients recognize complex trauma and attachment injury in their lives, which shapes how we interact with others and is often responsible for the things we don’t like about ourselves. Anxiety and depression, ongoing relationship problems, and dissociation can all be the results of underlying trauma and attachment injury.
I always recommend in-person therapy whenever possible, especially for couples. However, I will work with you to accommodate telehealth if necessary.

Education and Certifications I received a Master of Arts in marriage and family therapy from National University. As an intern, I worked in depth with clients and their families to help them recognize contributors to the challenges they dealt with internally and within their relationships. Some of my experience was serving neurodivergent populations across the lifespan, helping clients explore the contexts of their lives through the lens of family systems.
